Ballroom next door has a loud band…the show goes on. He’s just traveled 12 hours from a different time zone, and the show is at 9:00pm your time but 3:00am Fred’s time…let’s do this!
Running Over Time is Not Going to Happen.
Fred understands his time on stage is limited and there is a schedule to be kept. Going over that time is unacceptable to not only you, but him as well.
It can mess up the agenda for the rest of the day, cut into the next speaker’s time or possibly cost you money.
